Who We Are
Ikot-When? was born out of a simple need: making campus mobility predictable. We aim to eliminate the guesswork of waiting for shuttles, helping Lasallians manage their time better through real-time data and community cooperation.
Because OTW na shouldn't be a mystery. Whether you're 'nagmamadali' to a 7:00 AM class at CEAT or trying to catch the last shuttle out of Gate 1, Ikot-When? has your back.

Log in to your Ikot-When? account and go to the dashboard. You'll see a live map showing the current position of active Ikot La Salle shuttles, updated in real-time with estimated arrival times at each gate.
Yes! Once logged in, enable push notifications for Gate 1, Gate 2, and Gate 3. You'll get instant alerts when a shuttle arrives, is delayed, or if a gate is experiencing heavy congestion.
Use the Navigate feature and type in your destination room number or building name. Ikot-When? will calculate the fastest route combining shuttle and walking directions tailored to DLSU-D's campus layout.
Log in and go to the Community Feed. You can post real-time updates about gate status, shuttle delays, or traffic conditions. Other Lasallians can like, comment, and verify your reports.
Check the real-time shuttle tracker on your dashboard for the latest status. You can also browse the Community Feed for peer-reported updates, or use Navigate to get an alternative walking route.
